Description:
This is a nice early gun. 2nd model in the 65k serial range. Just missing the antique status. Case colored frame with especially nice case colors on the left side. Right side has dimmed some. Beautiful blue on the oct bbl at about 95%. Mag tube also exhibits most blue with some light wear at the bottom. Cal on this fine Winchester is 22 WRF. Good condition wood. Buttplate still has some case color which is somewhat unusual. Good action. Good bore. A very good example!
