In .40-60 with slide mounted peep sight, full length magazine, steel semi-crescent butplate. The bore is pitted with strong rifling present. The original rear sight is missing and the finish is largely a patinated grey with some light scratches on the receiver. The rollmark on the barrel reads:"J.M. Marlin, New Haven, Conn. U.S.A./ Pat'd Feb.7.65.Jan.7.73.Sep't.14.75.Nov.19d&26..78.June 3.79.Dec.9.79.Nov.9.80.Reissue Nov.9.1880". The action appears to cycle normally and there are small scars throughout the woodwork characteristic of light usage.
