Authentic Haiman, Columbus, GA cavalry sword in exteremly fine condition. Beautiful redish colored brass original leather blade washer, fine fullered blade showing proper waves and hairlines from manufacture no nicks perfect un altered point. 100 percent original oil cloth with iron wire note the arch frm handle to the blade-slight wabble in the guard which is very common. no cracks in guard nor end cap--Fine un pitted original iron scabbard with heavy brass mounts with typical crudeness and patina- sliver soldered orig ferrule atop scabbard usually missing from use- full soldered scabbard the whole length of the lapped seam as well as around the scabbard drag, original large iron rings nicely patinated-- a great confederate Georgia sword in great original condition. reduced for quick sale !
