Description:
SN G52395 is an Australian No 2 MKIV* 22 caliber trainer built, conversion from a 1941 Lithgow. This military trainer shows a bright excellent bore, all matching numbers and an excellent parkerized finish. The wood rates very good to excellent and shows crisp model and date markings on the right side of the butt. 1941 date MKIII and No 2 markings and the date 3/49. The magazine is correct showing the 22 marking and the empty shell configuration. For reference see page 168 of Australian service longarms by Ina Skennerton. FFL or C&R
