Description:
Winchester Model 42 .410 bore pump shotgun. From the artistry of master engraver Angelo Bee comes this magnificent 42. It can only be call an Exhibition Grade gun as there are 21 gold inlaid birds and extensive engraving and gold wire. The left side of the blued receiver features a covey of Quail and the right side is covered with Mourning Doves. There are inlaid birds on the top of the receiver, on the trigger guard, on the extension (a woodcock) and even on the very end of the magazine cap! The stock and forearm are exquisitely figured, dark walnut with a Winchester “B” style carved checkering pattern; 14” LOP, 1 ½” DAC & 2 3/8” DAH. The barrel is 26” full with a Special vent rib. Weighs 6 lbs. 4 oz. Unfired since upgrading. Comes in a luggage style take-down case.
