*****SOLD*****For your viewing is a 1873 Springfield trapdoor rifle that has been cut down somewhere during its history. Barrel has been shortened to 26" re-crowned and a dovetail cut for front sight. A. Very good clean barrel. Stock is what it is. I have had this rifle for many years, always going to re-do it into a officers model, but never got to it. So as I down sizing projects, it needs to go to someone to carry on a project.
