Description:
This is a very nice Colt 1911 A1 1942. Manufactured in 1942. Comes with holster and 2 extra magazines. One magazine is marked "COLT/ .45 AUTO." Appears to be all original.( I had this disassembled and inspected by a competent gunsmith) The matching serial number is on the back of the slide , behind the firing pin retaining plate. It is marked Colt .45 auto on the barrel along with proof marks. Has a "G" inside of slide and on frame. Has an excellent bore. 5" barrel. Parkerized finish shows very little wear. Has "P" and "G" inspection marks. Also, has "WB" in a box on left side of frame. I accept USPS Money Orders or Bank Cashier's Check. (Will accept Personal Check, with shipping hold.)
