Description:
Oct bbl, full mag, crescent buttplate and cal 44. All the good stuff. An early gun that just misses the antique range being made in 1899. Good eye appeal gun with a lot of blue remaining on the bbl. Slight wear to the octagons and a few scratches. Some slight freckling in spots. Overall metal is VG. Mag tube has a nice aged finish with light freckling in front of the forearm cap. Blue/grey frame. Buttstock is in nice overall condition with all four corners good. Forearm has about a 2" scratch, possibly crack, coming off the forearm on the left side. No missing wood and everything is solid. Nice action and VG bore.
