Description:
Serial #A38277, .38/200 (.38 S&W), 5” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a Birmingham proofed revolver that has a retained 92-95% of the original blue finish and has the rear of the frame knuckle marked: “SPF/120” (Singapore Police Force). There is a small import stamp on the underside of the barrel, but all numbers match on the frame, cylinder, and barrel. The checkered black “Webley” composite grips are in good shape with light wear and flattening of the points on both panels, as well as a few minor bruises along the flare of the butt on both sides. The lock-up is still tight, although there is a small amount of lateral play in the barrel, and the action functions flawlessly. This is a very good example of a police-used Webley and would make a nice addition to any collection. FFL or C&R
