Description:
A full factory blue S&W top break in .38 S&W caliber, with the last patent date 1889. The lock-up is solid and indexes very well. The 4" barrel has a clean rifled bore, with splotches of scattered but not fully involved surface corrosion from long term storage. Factory blue is about 90% with the right side having spots of shallow surface corrosion. and some flats of the cylinder having the same as well as one section having tiny pin point pits from the gun laying in a leather holster. Overall a very nice gun. The factory black hard rubber grips show no wear. SN 4469XX. Check my inventory for unusual guns and parts.
