Description:
I am offering a rare model 686 (no dash number) S&W CS-1 with a 3 inch barrel. This revolver is marked CS-1 and 2M on the frame and is one of about 3500 that were ordered for the U.S. Government Customs Service agents in the 80's. Product code 104228, special order 8060. It is very lightly fired with minimal scorching if the cylinder face and is very tight. There is a minor cylinder drag line. It is fitted with the correct Pachmayer grips with the window in the butt to allow the serial number to be observed without removing the grips. It comes in the correctly marked factory box (excellent condition) with guarantee registration card, Warranty Statement, generic Revolver Safety & Instructional Manual, unopened cleaning/screwdriver package, and brown grease paper. This revolver is of the best collector grade and may very well be unfired outside the factory. If you collect S&W revolvers, do not miss out on this opportunity.
