Description:
Extremely rare, Hopkins & Allen Vest Pocket model. Commonly known as Parrot Beak! Theses little gems were made from 1911-1914. Supposedly there were 1400 produced. No telling how many have survived, certainly a scarce few in this near new condition. Though the pictures expose some small surface scratches, these are not visible to the eye. The gun is perfect, the genuine Mother of Pearl grips ate in fantastic condition. The period custom fitted hardwood case, with bullets (.22) and cleaning tool are in as new condition. All in all an amazing throw back, a 100+ year old treasure. I've searched for others, I've found nothing near this condition or this presentation. The last one I saw that was in this condition was a few years back, with its original cardboard box, it went for $8750! For the connoisseur this is, perhaps, a rare chance to own a very sought after piece! Trades or layaway considered.
