Description:
Price reduced from $11,500 to $10,500. Ljutic over/under model TC, S/N 11. It is a rare shotgun as only about 28 were ever built as TC’s before Ljutic changed the name to LM-6. The barrels are 32 inch fixed chokes, both barrels are ported, with top barrel having a .737 bore and .710 choke, and the bottom barrel having a .740 bore with .721 choke. Both barrels have 70/30 point of impact. Length of pull is 14 3/4 with a new Jones style adjustable butt plate that needs to be trimmed. This Ljutic O/U shotgun weights 9 lbs 12 oz. The overall condition is very good. The barrels have some marks from going in and out of the case. The trigger is currently set as a release/pull. It includes $2000 worth of trigger parts to make it pull/pull, pull/release or release/release. The bottom tip of the recoil pad was pinched when the case was closed. Other than that it shows normal usage. Included is an Americase with blue lining that has "Ljutic" embroidered on the inside lid. It is a well-balanced and great shooting O/U.
This shotgun was originally owned by Nadine Ljutic. She won the Washington State Doubles championship shooting it. It was sent it to the factory and was completely upgraded to LM 6 configuration. The upgrades included a new blue job, polished side plates. The wood was upgraded to XXX. The triggers, ejectors and all other internal parts were upgraded to LM-6 parts. Ljutic said LM-6 upgrades cost $2500. At the same time in addition to the LM-6 upgrade, $2000.00 worth of additional trigger parts in the form of hammers and hooks were purchased so the trigger could be made into a pull/pull, release/pull or release/release. Ljutic dealer Adam Massey (435-828-1349) in Vernal, Utah and the Ljutic Factory (509-248-0476) can verify the above stated information. The low serial number and connection to Nadine Ljutic makes this a very rare and collectable shotgun.
