Mod.), 2 3/4", KG 1,040 weight barrels, The action body made out of a solid block of Boehler steel, The locks completely made in house by the family lock maker Mr. Fabio Piotti, Matted flat top rib, Double triggers with the front articulated, Rolled trigger guard edge for the right hand, Splinter forend, Straight hand stock at 14 1/2 x 1 1/2 x 2 3/16” over a full face checkered butt, Neutral stock without cast, Very nice game gun weight at 5 lbs. 10 oz., 99% coverage of superb Lunik Style engraving by Granetti on a coin finished frame. It has nicely carved fences and a carved frame. It has very nice wood with excellent color & contrast of brown & black. This piece has 2 retainer screws which secure key screws on the trigger guard tang and forend iron. The piece is cased in the maker's leather trunk with a trade label. This very nice 20 Bore Game Gun remains totally original and in excellent plus condition. The metal remains in 98% factory original condition and the wood at 98%. The checkering remains at 100%. This is a Classic Piotti game gun with the proper size action body and the neat weight of 5 Lbs. 10 Oz. for 20 Bore gunning by one of the leading gunmaking firms in the world.
