1890's vintage Bonehill non-ejector. 5 lbs 6 oz. I cannot imagine a classier little ruffed grouse and woodcock gun. (I slew a bunch of pheasants, sharptails and huns with it as well this past season.) 30" nitro proved sleeved barrel with 2 1/2" chamber and excellent bore, choked .016. Highly figured stock measures 1 5/8" x 2 1/2" x 13 7/8" over a horn butt plate, with slight cast off. An old crack at the wrist has been repaired, and is very solid, though visible. (See photos.) Horn forend tip. Action features nice acanthus scroll engraving, and locks up tight as new. Barrel reads: C. G. BONEHILL. BIRMINGHAM. 3 BELL ST. Please email or call with any questions.
