Description:
Colt Model 1851 Navy Fourth Model. Gun is excellent. All surfaces are smooth, all edges and markings are sharp and crisp. Gun has matching numbers except lever which is usual for later production range. Action is tight. Barrel has 75% bluing with some flaking on top flat. Cylinder has approx. 85% thinning blue turning plumb. Nice case colors on frame including top of recoil shield. Grips are very nice with some usual wear at bottom edges. Strap and trigger guard have 40-50% silver remaining. Honoring 3 day inspection period. Buyer pays 45.00 shipping + insurance. Well cared for '51 Navy that could/should be cased.
