Description:
Winchester pre 64 model 12 20ga field grade.This gun has a 26" solid rib barrel with the hard to find improved cylinder choke.It retains 95% of the original blue finish and 98% of the original wood finish.The bore is excellent with no rust,dents,or pitting.This is an very unusual gun in that it was built in 1963.It is the latest production solid rib gun I have ever seen.It is my opinion that the gun was a "clean up" gun built as Winchester was phasing out of model 12 production.It has a small flat bottom forend which was used in the 1950s. This gun is factory original and would make a fine addition to any collection or a great all around bird gun.C&R eligible.
