#3773 S&W Model No. 3 Russian Third Model, 44 S&W Russian
This is in 44 S&W Russian with a 6.5” barrel. The mechanical function is very good and tight. The bore is good plus with strong rifling and shiny but does have traces of fine corrosion. It is all matching numbers serial number 1256 and is a first year production made in 1874. It shows nice traces of blue and will be a good cowboy action shooter. The total production was 60,638 of these old west single action revolvers.
