Description:
This is a Winchester 61 rifle in .22 S,L, and LR. The serial number indicates a manufacture date of 1936. Bluing on this rifle appears to be original and is Very Good to Excellent. There is some wear on the magazine tube and on the underside of the barrel from operating the slide. The stock is Very Good with a few minor handling marks, and the original checkered steel butt plate is present. This rifle has the original iron sights and has a Weaver V22 3-6X scope in Weaver rings on a dovetail mount. The scope and mounts will not be removed and the rifle repriced without them.
