QUALITY CONSINGMENTS WANTED! This Colt was produced in 1916. It has the "C" prefix in front of the serial number. The serial number is C-33334. This pistol is in all original condition. The Civilian barrel is bright and sharp. This Colt shows very little use or being shot. There is very little in the way of rub marks or friction marks due to working the slide. The hammer face also shows very little wear. The grips are very fine to minty condition. The correct civillian issued magazine is also in very fine condition with the magazine floor plate having the high polish finish. There is some light speckling by the front and back grip area. The Colt high polish finish would rate a 98% condition. This is an amazingly well preserved pre World War One Colt Model 1911! To find a Colt civilian this early in this condition is a real amazing find! I also have a original Civillian model 1916 Holster that will go with this pistol.
