This Colt was produced in 1969. That was the last year Colt serial numbers did not have a Letter Prefix. This pistol is as new in the original box. The cylinder stops do not even have a mark from cocking the pistol. The plating has no blemishes or scratches The original grips are minty. There is no serial numbers stamped inside the grips. The box is serial numbered to this pistol. It also has the correct tag glued to the label marking the pistol as Nickel Finish. This is the finest early Plated Colt Python we have seen in many years! I do not know how you can top this pistol for condition! Keep in mind this is a early Python, it has the not commonly seen Nickel finish, it has the original box, And is in as new unfired condition!
