1873 .32-20 OCTAGON RIFLE, MADE 1890, fine+ butt stock with correct non-trapdoor crescent butt plate (only the .22 and .32 caliber rifles/carbines didn't have the trapdoor for cleaning rods that the larger .38 and .44 caliber models had), tight wood to metal fit, forend shows more wear and handling but is solid and fine, buckhorn rear sight with correct Winchester silver bladed front sight, receiver shows some dark aged blue mixing brown, barrel and mag have some thinning blue also mixing brown, fine markings, fine screws, good blue on the loading gate, dust cover intact, brass lifter uncleaned and correctly caliber marked, fine action, bore has good rifling but has normal black powder roughness throughout, nice overall appearance.
