Ithaca 1911 A1, Ser. 208839, Cal .45 acp,
Made in 1945 and in really great condition. This little beauty probably never made it to the front lines. A true beauty to look at. The retained finish is about 96-97%. There are some slight edge nicks, a rub mark in the right front of the slide, some mild graying of the front straps with a small cluster of surface pinpricks at the bottom. That's really about it. The frame is stamped, left side with the proper FJA inspector's mark and a P proof. The top of the slide has a P proof. The left rear of the frame has the Crossed Cannons Ordinance mark. All parts match and are proper to the gun. The brown plastic grip panels are flawless and are the correct large ring type. The feed ramp, bolt face and slide rails show almost no use. The barrel is stamped HS for High Standard and is super bright. The rifling is razor sharp and crisp without a hint of use. The gun comes with one correct L, for M.S. Little Comp. stamped magazine. It also comes with a correct looking G.I box with the Ithaca factory markings on the cover.......This is a real beauty for the collector and award winner for the range........$2395.
