Description:
Chapuis Ugex double rifle 9.3X74R action is very tight, disk set strikers, sgl trigger works very well, engraving sharp, ejectors in time. The barrels are 23 1/2" with clean bores, blue is good, the chambers are clean. The stock is a pistol grip with a small beavertail like all of these, handling marks throughout, chequering and finish are fair 13 1/2" This one has a trap grip cap that I don't remeber seeing before on these. It is nice. The scope is a Schmidt & Bender on tall Chapuis QD mounts. It is clean and clear the adjustment works well. This one is an early rifle, weighs 9lbs 2oz with the scope and has good balance, and is generally well finished. I have not shot this rifle. I will do so on request. My rifle of the same make, vintage and caliber shoots well with the Norma Ammunition. 0111451 $5500.00
