Description:
Serial #8D49419, .38 Special, 2” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a very handsome revolver that retains virtually all of the original nickel finish and, aside from an almost imperceptible turn-ring on the cylinder, appears to have been factory test-fired only. The hammer and trigger have most of the original color case-hardening remaining, but there are some small patches of mild surface freckling along the sides. The checkered walnut S&W medallion grips are in excellent condition and have only a single small surface scratch on the toe of the right panel marring the otherwise excellent original varnish. This is a superb example of a late Model 10 snub-nose and is in excellent condition. FFL
