A seldom seen Remington rolling block NY state pattern rifle in 45/70. Rifle is in fine overall condition. Metal is smooth and white as manufactured. Barrel is 36" long with brite bore. Wood is solid and unsanded, a couple dings in the forearm. No inspectors marks as this was a commercially ordered rifle. Action is crisp and functions properly. NY styly sights and action. Rack #6 on buttplate. Original cleaning rd. Antique, no FFL required to ship. Shipping flat $70, insured.
