GERMAN LOEWE BERLIN GEWEHR MODEL 1888 COMMISSION RIFLE DATED 1890. 8mm Mauser caliber. All original and matching. Receiver stamped “LOEWE BERLIN/1890”. Standard German Infantry rifle used thru WW1. Most of these were carted off to Turkey after German army use. Navy Arms imported many during the '80's without having import marks. This one has Turkish graduation markings on rear sight as well as arabic markings on bolt. Very good plus overall with 50-60% original blue. Excellent stock with the original finish and good inspectors cartouches. Working order and excellent bore. Original cleaning rod and sling swivels. No import marks. Mint bore and rifling.
