Montreal home guard cap badge dated 1914. This piece is pickeled brass with an enameled union Jack flag surrounding the flag are the Canadian Maple Leafs. This example remains in excellent plus condition without makers mark. This piece comes with a shoulder badge marked M.H.G. This is maker marked Caron Bros (Brothers) Montreal 1914. Both of these items remain in excellent condition. Scarce items that are great pieces to have for display with any Montreal Home Guard Savage Musket.
