Serial #13485, .38 Special, 4” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This 1942-made, Ordnance “bomb” marked revolver retains 99% of the original parkerized finish that has faded very faintly along a few of the high edges and bearing surfaces, as well as along the turn-ring on the cylinder. Despite that, the revolver has absolutely no holster wear and looks to have never been issued for carry. The checkered Coltwood grips are likewise in excellent condition, intact without any chips or cracks, and only a few negligible surface scratches at the butt on both panels. The lock-up and timing are flawless and the revolver rates excellent overall. This would be a difficult example to improve upon. FFL or C&R
