Description:
This an outstanding London BEST full sidelock ejector double rifle with very nice bores. it comes in its makers oak and leather case. The rifle features the extended upper tang which goes over the comb, a bolted safety, bushed firing pins, the extra long bar action, extra deep fences, and the rib extension dolls head with an extra bite. The makers case appears to have the original cleaning rod, oil bottle, and firing pin bottle. The bores are very nice. Wood shows no cracks or repairs and the bluing is very nice. This is a super English double rifle for an excellent price. We have purchased brass and bullets and dies and had Ken Owen work up a load. He found the gun shoots very well, see the target!
