Description:
This is a new Merkel double rifle mod. 161 chambered in 9,3x74R. The gun has removable sidelocks, wood grade class 6, very nice engraving and ejectors.
This model has a steel action, Greener cross bolt, a double bottom bite.and intercepting sears. The front trigger can be used as set trigger. The rifle also has horizontal and vertical muzzle adjustment which means any kind of regulating can be done without costly and time consuming soldering of the barrels.
The Merkel quick detachable scope mount is fitted with a Leupold Vari X 2 4x38 scope. ( Gun can be sold with or without the scope )
