Description:
Serial #CWD5464, .44 Magnum, 7 1/2” slab-sided barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This Model 629-6 revolver features an integral Weaver barrel rail and Magna-Porting at the muzzle. The metal retains virtually all of its original matte black finish with only a very mild turn-ring on the cylinder and a handful of very faint surface scratches betraying any finish loss. The revolver appears to have been factory test-fired only and retains a commensurate amount of the original case-hardening on the hammer and trigger. The original Hogue neoprene grip (still included with the revolver) has been replaced by extremely nice black, olive green and gray layered Micarta finger-groove grips, and the revolver is housed in its original Performance Center ballistic nylon carry case. This is an excellent high end Smith & Wesson revolver in almost new-in-box condition. FFL
