One of the first Model 65's, this gun was manufactured in 1933 and chambered for the 218 Bee cartridge. it was a continuation of the famous 1892 Model, built with a seven shot half or button magazine, a finely balanced rapid taper, 24 inch barrel, and an uncapped pistol grip stock. Approximately 5,700 Model 65's were manufactured, and while 218 Bee was the most popular chambering, it was also offered in 25/20 and 32/20. Production of this model ceased in 1947. This gun is in excellent mechanical and shooting condition, but has been reblued and the wood refinished. Even so, this is a hard gun to find on today's market, and is a pleasure to shoot.
