This is a original full nickel body magazine for the early Colt 1900 Self Loading Automatic Pistol. Has the correct [ Pat'd Sept. 9 1884 ] stamped on the floor plate. What makes this seven round magazine so early is that there is no raised "cone" in front of the magazine retaining slot on the back of the magazine. The raised "cone" was put on latter in production. The magazine retains almost all of the original plating. There is no dents or damage to the magazine. This is a very fine condition magazine for the early Colt 1900 Pistol. Keep in mind that for that model 1900 there were around 3500 pistols made. This makes this a rare magazine to find! Search for hlvfineguns at google.
