Description:
A nice English flintlock pistol in beautiful condition. It rates FINE + by NRA standards. It has a 9" round barrel with a few very minor marks and the overall length is 14". It is .75 caliber. The barrel, lock and hammer wre finished Brown and most of that finish remains. The side plate , ramrod ferrels and trigger guard are brass with a nice mellow aged tone. The full walnut stock retains most of its original finish and has a few very minor dings but no splits, a small crack on the left side at the end of the barrel , and no chips or wood missing. There is a nice ramrod with a dark tip. The action is strong.. There are two sharp proof marks on top of the barrel opposite the hammer. The makers name shows clearly on the lock.. Handsome, well made and sturdy.
This is an antique so no FFL is required. It may be sent directly to a new owner.
