Description:
Very rare special order Marlin 1895. There are very few Marlin 1895's made. Finding one that is special order like this one is quite rare. It features a pistol grip and checkered wood and a half octagon half round 26" Barrel chambered in 38-56. It is in very nice condition inside and out. It has fading case colors on the receiver showing mostly silver with case colors evident in protected areas. The blue is still quite good. I've done my best to take pictures in the sun so you can see it well. It is still tight and I'm sure it would make a good shooter. The bore is very good for the period and has minimal corrosion scars. Please see the pictures and ask any questions before . I am open to reasonable offers . Ships to an FFL or C&R license.
