Collectable WALTHER P88 Model "Competition" 9mm Para with wooden grips in excellent condition. Made in Germany for European markets. Ambidextrous safety lever and magazine release button (for both - left or right hand use), 14 round magazine.. Wide, square notch style sights with white contrast markings. Double action trigger, automatic firisng pin arrester. Smooth "match style" trigger release.
This WALTHER P88 is highly prized among collectors and sport shooters due to its superb accuracy (1.5 to 2 inch groups at 25 yards) and high-quality construction. Production has ceased years ago due to high cost of manufacturing this gun.The P88 Competition was produced for a couple of years only during the mid 1990‘s and was never actively imported into the United States, making them very difficult to find.
