Orginal 1858 Remington with Mfg date of 1863, blue has turned to brown over the majority of the firearm, action and cylinder locks up tight, no play. Bore is fair. Grips has minor dent from use over the years. Metal is fair, grip is fair and walnut.This would make a good reeanctor firearm who is looking for that right presentation. For collecftors this is a chance to own a product of the american civil war era.
