Greener 475 NITRO EXPRESS Number 1 - Nice condition, extractor, Greener Box-lock. Gun Made as a 30 Guinea Gun Grade 2 in 1911 with nice rifling in the bores 25 inch barrels - Solid shooter that has been tested in Africa many times. Two fold up sights and original dark brown stock. The weapon has a set of custom made RCBS loading dies. The checkering is 83 - 88% the rib and breech are solid. It's original bluing 85 - 87% remains nice fireblue. The plate under the triggers appears to have been re-blue'd sometime prior to my purchase. The stock has no cheek-rest and it's butt plate appears to have been replaced. The stock is 14.75 inches butt to front trigger. The stock has some checking on the left hand side but it still shoots extremely well. This is a hunters gun having shot game at 200 yards or up close with its flip up rear sights 100/200/300 yard markings. It fires a .483 cal 480 grain bullet. Therefore still legal in California. Loading data is on the gun and this gun comes with reloading die's some brass and bullets.
