This revolver shows service use and wear. The serial number is Y 663. This pistol is designed to operate as a double action revolver only. It is not a combination single action and double action pistol such as most revolvers are set up to work. It has the British stamps and proof stamps. The action is tight with no play. The bore and chambers are bright and clean. The war time black enamel paint would rate a 80% condition. The grips are intact with no damage. The lanyard is the correct war time lanyard. The holster is marked [England] on the back and is dated 1943. This is a nice Webley that is collectable as well as fun to shoot.
