This pistol is dated 10-1944. The serial number is 61223. This pistol is all matched serial numbers including the magazine. This is the late model with the large trigger guard. The cocking knob is the late style round knob. The magazine has the blued body. This pistol shows little service use or being fired. The bore is bright and clean. The grips have a brass five point star added to the grips. These stars are similar to the Japanese military star. The original blue would rate a 98% condition. The action works correctly. This is a very nice late war production Nambu pistol that is all matched numbers. This is a vet's bring back pistol that would make a collector happy to own.
