This Gun Assembled by the French from Spare Parts left over from the War-- Coded "SVW 45" with four (4) digit serial number which indicates production in the very first series ot the door -- Finish is Deep Hand Rubbed Blue wtih no noted scratches or bems ---NRA Antique rating of 95% -- Bore is Pristine with clean, sharp & crisp rifling -- Grips are uniuely French, punched and welded sheet metal, Numbered to the gun, Light Copper Color rubbed to a smooth rust tinted Patina -- No inport marking found -- Winged Rooster & "BH" stamp indicates "AUSTRIAN SERVICE " also has Frenche MIITARY STAR on right side of slide, "WaA/135 german acceptance stamp. Original Magazine with P-38 stamp & numbered to the gun. we accept offers and LAY A WAY-- saleable to California. C & R will suffice.
