MERKEL 140-1 DOUBLE RIFLE 9.3X74R WITH LEUPOLD VX 3 1.5-5.
23 1/2' Barrels with Blade Front, One Standing Rear and Talley Quick Detach Bases. Scope is a New Leupold VX 3 Variable 1.5 to 5x20mm (With Box and Papers-Cost me $400). Scope has Talley Quick Detachable Rings with Levers. Gun has Ejectors, Cocking Indicators and Adjustable Front Set Trigger. LOP is 14 1/2" and it Weighs 8lbs 15oz with Scope and 8-2 Without.
I have owned the gun for about 10 to 12 years and mainly used it to hunt deer and pigs in Texas. The Scope is currently sited for mild handloads using 250gr Hawk Thin Jacketed Soft Points.
I would rate the gun at about 95-98% Overall. It has no cracks, dents or scratches. It has a few light hunting marks but is in overall excellent condition and functions flawlessly.
