Description:
This is a B Prefix serial number gun made between 1937 and 1941. It was more than likely built in 1937 as the S/N is quite low.This gun is extremely hard to find in good condition, with this one rating 80% wood, 90% blue, and case colors. Only a few minor nicks in the stock and forearm that retain the original finish. Gun has never been drilled for sling lugs or scope mounts. The 20" carbine bore is excellent, bright, with strong rifling. Sight package is original to the gun. Case colors are vivid and show very little handling wear. Action works as it should, Buttplate is original and in great shape. This is a high quality example of this model and would fit nicely into any Marlin Collection.
