Description:
A great Remington 10ga double hammer shotgun with 32"barrels that look like early steel.Don't know what the chokes are but the barrel length looks original. This fine gun looks like a black powder shotgun to me, with about 3" chambers. The bores are good from the muzzle down to about 6" before the chambers. From the chambers to about 5 or 6" there is moderate pits. I'm nor selling this fine gun as a shooter unless a competent gunsmith checks it out for safety. The barrel lug for the forend was re-welded, and is correct and stable.Both hammers and firing pins work good. Outside metal is grey brown with age but is clean. The American aged walnut stocks are good with the stock having worn hand checkering, and the forend without checkering.LOP is 12 9/16" with an original hard rubber Remington logo butt-plate. Gun locks up good and doesn't not wobble. We don’t have asite .I prefer money orders or a check. Item ships when funds come in. If you can only pay with a card let me know.
