*SOLD to Tony in Utah* Here is a wonderful Weatherby Mark V in Weatherby 240 Magnum caliber. What an awesome cartridge. Having been fired very, very minimally it is in impeccable condition. Although it was decades ago, she looks as if she left the Southgate California doors at Weatherby headquarters only yesterday. With 26" barrels, something that Roy Weatherby personally preferred on this caliber. the bluing is pristine and is one of the deepest "pearlescence blues" that I have ever seen. The only other is on a Weatherby XXII that I have. Nothing else has compared to these over the course of time. How about the fantastic grain character in the walnut stock? One of the nicest I have ever seen. I'd rate the wood at 99% and the bluing and metal also at 99%. Factory Weatherby scope with the inspection sticker still on it is included with the rifle along with a pair of deep blued Buehler bases and rings. I also have a Black fiberglass stock that comes with the rifle should you decide to actually use it .:). The pics tell the story best.
