I am offering for sale a 1917 Erfurt Luger. This Luger has two mismatched parts; the firing pin and the hold open latch. All other parts are matching including the grips. There are two Erfurt repair proofs; one on the trigger gurard and one on the top of the toggle. I belive these two parts are part of an arsenal repair. The finish on this Luger is poor. No rust or pittng. That is not uncommon for late year production Erfurts. It will make a fine shooter as the barrel is in good condition. The magazine is a Erfurt mag. The correct serial number is over stamped on another number. This over stamp in not a back yard stamp, but appears to be a factory stamp. Again part of an arsenal repair.
