Description:
An excellent Warner Civil War Carbine, retaining a great patina and having a great bore. Wood is excellent and a faint but real cartouche is present on the left wrist of stock. Unusual in that there are no dings under the loading latch of frame as is often seen. The gun is a .50 caliber. The mechanics are excellent. Terrific example of a rare carbine(only 1500 were made).Sale Pending.
