This Model 12 appears to have started as a Heavy Duck Gun with a Simmons Vent Rib added, then the stock was adapted to a Trap style. Metal work appears to have been nicely reblued as well.Barrel is stamped " for Super Speed and Super-X 3 in.", Full choke.
