Description:
Serial #M5242, .22 LR, 6” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a late, pinned and recessed revolver with 99% of the original blue finish remaining, the only loss being a faint turn-ring and a single barely noticeable spot of pinprick pitting at one of the flutes. The hammer and trigger retain practically all of their original color case-hardening, and the correct, later style large walnut grips are in excellent shape with only some mild flattening of the points and a handful of negligible handling marks. The revolver is housed in its original, numbered, two-piece blue Bangor Punta S&W box along with original warranty card, cleaning rod, bore brush, and bore mop. This is a splendid little .22 S&W in excellent, almost new condition. FF
